Ordering Terms, Conditions and Shipping Policy
About Us: We design packaging and distribute paper bags and boxes for gift packaging. We sell to the retail, candy, gourmet, and other special markets, as well
as the gift industry. We design work with manufacturers and importers to provide you with unique gift packaging. Right Now we only deliver in the UAE.
Product Specifications & Prices: Product prices and specifications are based on information available at the time of posting and are subject to change without notice. We Reserve the right to substitute similar merchandise for items that permanently become out of stock due to manufacturer discontinuation. All dimensions, weight and carton counts are subject to standard deviations. Please be aware that product colors may vary slightly according to dye lot.
Product Pricing: We are always looking for better deals from our manufacturers or new manufacturers that can offer better pricing so in turn, we can be cost effective for our customers and stay competitive in our market. Whenever possible we pass our savings on to you, our customer, through lower pricing.
Method of Payment: Currently, we accept PAY PAL, WESTERN UNION TRANSFER, AL ANSARI EXCHANGE, UAE EXCHANGE, DIRECT BANK TRANSFER, CASH ON DELIVERY AND CASH ON PICK UP.
Shipping & Handling (General info): Because we DESIGN AND represent several manufacturers we may direct ship some items from our manufacturers facility. Therefore, items typically take 7-10 business days for delivery. Business days do not include National Holidays.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders that have been placed over 1 hour old, can not be changed or cancelled. Within this time frame, your order has already been sent to our PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT and is in progress, and can not be stopped at this point. If you have placed your order within the last hour, there may be a possibility we can change or cancel your order.
If you need a different item other than what is on your existing order or need to add items, you will need to place a new order via our website. Due to our wholesale nature, we ship direct from our production location to offer the lowest pricing possible. This requires that when we send your order to our production location, we have a very small window of time to adjust any orders before they get entered into their systems, and therefore must impose these requirements.
Backordered/Out of stock Items: Sometimes we run out of stock of certain high demand items. We usually restock and receive our supply in a matter of just days (usually under a week) from our production.
Custom Orders: Once custom orders are placed they can not be cancelled.
Production times could be sooner depending on time of year and demand.
Guarantee: We Want You To Be Satisfied! We do our best to use quality products to produce them; however, if you receive a defective product please notify our customer service department immediately. We will replace it or refund your money within 90 days of the invoice date.

Returns Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of “in-stock” merchandise, you may return it to us in new condition and in its original packaging with the full contents within 30 days of the received date for a refund or product exchange.We do not accept returns after 30 days. All Requests must be in writing to: email@example.com. No Returns will be accepted without an authorization code.
It is the customers responsibility to Inspect all of the merchandise upon arrival for any unsatisfactory items or damages. If your items appear to be damaged in transport of shipment, if possible, notify your driver before you sign for your items, then contact us
immediately. Boxes or bags that have been assembled for use are not acceptable for a return. Please do not start assembly of your products until all of your items have been inspected.
Custom Order Return Policy: Once custom orders are made, they can not be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. It is very important to get samples of sizes and color swatches of the boxes or bags before you place any custom order. If we are matching a custom color for you, we will send you a swatch of the color for you to approve before the order goes into production. If you are getting a logo printed on a box or bag, you will receive a proof to sign and approve before any order is produced.
